Strategic planning for long-term growth.

The challenge:
Although working with a loose plan, a mid-size company needed a clearly defined business strategy to maintain their focus on new business priorities and increasing growth opportunities.

The solution:
A 3-year business strategy was outlined coupled with a marketing strategy, and a 3-year marketing plan was put in place. Foundational marketing initiatives were implemented including consistent outreach to lapsed customers and a loyalty program. An annual calendar was created to help pace the number of customer touches and allow for more prospect outreach. All marketing activities are being tied together so that the different vehicles reinforce each other and allow for more cross-marketing.

The result:
Initial results have shown high response rates, the highest sales period in the past two years, and very positive customer feedback.
