New market analysis clarifies sales opportunities.
"Wendy Kershner and Stacey Yarnall produced a tremendous amount of work in a short time-frame. Despite their lack of experience with this industry, they were able to come up to speed very quickly, assess what was needed and get the work done.

The information they brought was useful and confirmed a lot of what we knew was happening in the marketplace. One of our men in the field had a lot of this information in his head, but not on paper. The information was good confirmation for us, plus now it was on paper and can be used as a resource. I've gone back to the document several times as a reference, most recently last week.

The value I saw in what they did was they picked up the phone and got verbatim what fleet owners and construction people are thinking. These are the people who would be affected by the proposed regulations. We did not have that perspective until Wendy and Stacey gave it to us. It's very important to get that information from the trenches and it's unlikely we could have gotten it ourselves. We just didn't have the time or resources to make the phone calls to these people.
