Legal organization celebrates their history.

The challenge:
A regional legal support services organization envisioned a suite of rooms dedicated to a long-term director and to showcase past board presidents. The goal was to have a warm and welcoming reception for all visitors to their offices and to highlight their historical contributions in the community.

The solution:
The marketing strategy was to emphasize the organization's key role in legal circles. To identify the suite of rooms, brass letters were sourced and a formal portrait with a biography was created. For the past presidents gallery, extensive historical research was conducted to locate images from the early 20th century. Lettering on the walls noted the decades, and a system for displaying 80 portraits in an elegant and economical way was devised. Invitations were sent out along with press releases to announce the ribbon cutting event and unveiling of the new suite and gallery. The new suite and gallery were so well-received that the project was extended to the rest of the building. Historical images, legal notices dating to the 1700s and attorney group photographs are featured on all four floors. A display cabinet in the lobby showcases various legal notices and memorabilia. And an illustration of the historical headquarters was created and incorporated into a new logo for use on stationary, collateral pieces, ads and an updated web site.

The result:
A consistent, professional image of the organization is promoted in the region, and their historical ties and value in the legal community continues to be recognized.
