"The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one."

Case Studies
Donor web portal now more user-friendly.
The challenge:
A non-profit financial investment firm in the midst of a large technology project needed help to coordinate the updating of various business tools and direct communications. One of the project's main goals was to engage donors in new ways online and make it easy for them to set up accounts, designate beneficiaries, and apportion funds.
The solution:
Axia worked on-site with the marketing manager two days each week for 16 months to coordinate the updating of several key marketing communications. The project expanded to include usability testing of the new web site. Axia also supplied writing, editing, and special project support.
The result:
Donor feedback shows that the firm's new web site is significantly more user-friendly. And just as important, the donor experience is seamless between the electronic and print channels. The updated marketing tools and communications now convey more accurately who the company is.
